     Dispatch is available 24 hours a day to answer any questions about locations of vehicles, flight updates, changes and status.


     Billing is personalized to the way the client prefers: Direct billing (with approved credit), Credit Cards (Amex, MasterCard, Visa) or Cash.


     Coordination services are provided for large movements of people and vehicles with on-site Dispatchers. Meet and greet staff at Airports can be provided for arriving                passengers at no charge.
     Chauffeurs… all chauffeurs are given thorough background checks, drug tested and tested on their knowledge of the particular service area. All chauffeurs are highly              trained in the personal service aspect providing more than just "a ride in a car."

Fleet Management

     Our fleet manager attends daily to all aspects of quality control. The Fleet Is inspected daily to ensure cleanliness. Chauffeurs are required to perform a pre-trip vehicle             inspection before leaving the garage and report any issues immediately. If the issue is found to place the safety of the vehicle at risk or potentially result in a mechanical         breakdown the vehicle is taken out of service until the issue is fully resolved. Maintenance records are kept on file for every vehicle.
